We are a grassroots organization founded in February 2025 to resist the continuous illegal efforts of the current administration to undermine our democracy.

Our Initiative
On April 19, 2025, we will celebrate the 250th anniversary of Americans standing up to a monarchy and unrepresentative government. The situation is the same today, there is an agenda being inflicted on the nation to cripple our democratic institutions by an unelected billionaire and a corrupt president. Congress has run from their responsibilities to protect the American people. Congress has shirked their constitutional duty to check and balance the cravings for power and wealth by the current administration. Congress has abandoned the American people.
As it was in 1775, many representatives in Parliament placed their individual interests above all. Similarly, the majority of Congress pursue their own interests while turning their backs on their duty to us.
It’s time to remind them who they work for. On April 19,2025, we are calling for peaceful protests in the form of a general strike. This is what we propose:

Call out/no work. First responders and medical personnel should continue to work April 19-21, 2025

Do not buy anything from large corporations/ companies online or in person. I.E. Wal-mart, Home Depot, Amazon, etc. if you must purchase, buy from a locally owned small business.

Do not purchase any food from large corporations, I.E. McDonald’s, Publix, King Supers, Chick-fil-a, Pizza Hut, etc. If you must purchase food, buy it from a locally owned small restaurant or grocery.

Do not buy gas

Post your support for the National Strike on all your social media platforms

What do we want:

Equity as guaranteed by the Bill of Rights, regardless of gender, race, creed, color or political affiliation.

Recognition of a woman’s right to her own body

Adherents to the US Constitution and the checks and balances it contains

No unelected oligarchs in unconfirmed positions

The dismantling of the illegal and unconstitutional DOGE entity

The restoration of all suspended government agencies and their staff
We will start with a 3-day strike. We will incrementally increase the length of any future strikes until there is compliance with our demands.
